It is the preliminary work before transferring the drafts of the product or the object and the concept design to the computer environment. Hand sketches and socks feature the main features of the product.

2D SKETCH & 3D MODELLING
In our production process, we are creating high quality products with A-Class Design & A-Grade Carbon. It is simply starting with imagination and hand sketch, based as hand sketch we create A Class-3D models. While solid model is creating we use original 3D SCAN data of vehicle brands to get best fit on body.

Before complete to finish designing, final renderings and producing molds, we always do aerodynamic testing. Because, we take care of Aerodynamic is so important that effect to road handling of cars. The other analysis one is Multiphysics dynamic effects on our products. We always consider quality important that we produced. Must always work under hard conditions that never effect from strong wind, extreme cold-hot air, rain etc.

PROTOTYPE & PRODUCING
If the design passes all the analysis we will be happy to seeing that it bring to life. Prototype tests are also important to get best fit on vehicle. When we producing and touching mold surfaces, we grow impatient. Class-A surface design becomes out to extreme quality mold surfaces.

QAPGAN™ - CARBON FIBER PARTS
Aftersales parts by nature are not 100% perfect like OEM parts. Most come unfinished and will need to be prepped before paint and installation unless purchasing finished Carbon Fiber Parts. We already test it. But, please be sure to test fit all parts before installation to ensure proper fitment. Because, some countries may have differences of vehicles. Please feel free and let us know with this situation to contact@qapgan .com. While most emails are answered within 12 hours please allow up to 48 hours to receive a response.
Although the installation is not very difficult we, of course, always recommend bringing it to a professional to install.
